Refund Policy

Version 2.0 · Effective Date: 14 April 2026

1. Overview

Morpheo Akademi wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because all transactions on the Platform are processed by [Payment Service Provider].com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record, refunds are formally handled by [Payment Service Provider]. Morpheo Akademi complies with [Payment Service Provider]'s standard refund policy and applies the additional conditions set out below.

This policy should be read together with the Distance Sales Agreement.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request reaches us within 14 days from the purchase date.
  • You have consumed no more than 30% of the course content (measured by the Platform's progress tracking).
  • You have not downloaded the downloadable materials (PDFs, code files, worksheets, etc.).
  • You have not requested or received a certificate for the course.
  • You do not have a history of repeated refund requests (to protect the policy from abuse).

3. Non-Refundable Products

  • Live webinars after they have started;
  • 1:1 coaching or mentoring sessions after they have been scheduled or delivered;
  • Courses for which a certificate has been issued;
  • Courses where more than 30% of the content has been consumed;
  • Single-use access codes that have already been redeemed;
  • Deeply discounted campaign items (70%+ off) may be sold on a final-sale basis; terms will be disclosed on the campaign page.

4. How to Request a Refund

  2. Platform Support: Submit a request via account settings → support.
  3. Email: Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] with subject "Refund Request — [Order ID]".

5. Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed by [Payment Service Provider] via the original payment method.
  • Access to the relevant course is revoked once the refund is issued.
  • Reflection on your card or bank account typically takes 2–10 business days depending on your bank. Morpheo Akademi is not responsible for bank-side delays.
  • FX conversion differences and bank fees are the Buyer's responsibility.

6. Order Cancellation

If you have not yet accessed the purchased content, you may request immediate cancellation on the day of purchase. Same-day cancellations are processed quickly under the 14-day refund policy.

7. Chargeback Policy

Because we make refund requests easy, we treat unjustified chargebacks initiated directly through a bank as a last resort. Accounts involved in unjustified chargebacks will be suspended immediately, access to all purchased content will be revoked, and Morpheo Akademi reserves the right to pursue collection and legal action to recover unpaid amounts.

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank.

8. Platform Errors

Duplicate charges, technical errors, or misrepresentations of the product result in automatic refunds regardless of the 14-day conditions above. Please contact [CONTACT EMAIL] immediately if you encounter such an issue.
