1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy governs the conduct of all Users, Students, and Instructors on the Morpheo Akademi Platform. It forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited Behaviors
2.1. Account and Identity
- Accessing another user's account without authorization;
- Identity theft or impersonation;
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, coupons or discounts;
- Sharing, renting, selling, or transferring accounts.
2.2. Content Security
- Recording or duplicating educational content via screen or camera;
- Circumventing DRM or security protections;
- Using scrapers, bots, macros, or automation tools;
- Distributing external scripts or extensions that automate content capture.
2.3. Network and Infrastructure
- DDoS, port scanning, brute force, SQL injection, XSS attacks;
- Uploading malware, viruses, trojans, keyloggers, ransomware;
- Unauthorized security testing (outside an authorized bug bounty program);
- Activities that degrade service quality or harm Platform infrastructure.
2.4. Illegal and Harmful Content
- Any content involving child sexual exploitation (absolute zero tolerance);
- Terror propaganda or incitement to violence;
- Discrimination, racism, sexism, homophobia, or age-based discrimination;
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking;
- Doxxing or invasion of private life;
- Defamation, misrepresentation, or misinformation;
- Pornographic or obscene content;
- Content promoting drugs, weapons, human trafficking, fraud, or money laundering.
2.5. Commercial and Financial Abuse
- Initiating unjustified chargebacks;
- Abusing coupons, promotions or campaigns;
- Creating fake refund requests or using multiple accounts to abuse refund processes;
- Reselling or commercially distributing content to third parties;
- Bypassing refund rules through alternative tactics.
2.6. Community and Communications
- Spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive messages;
- Phishing or redirecting to external scams;
- Disrespectful, abusive, or threatening communication with other Users, Instructors, or staff.
3. Instructor-Specific Rules
- Publish only original content that does not infringe third-party rights;
- Comply with course descriptions, duration, quality, and update commitments;
- Avoid misleading or exaggerated claims (e.g., "earn X with this course in one month");
- Produce content compliant with applicable laws and age ratings;
- Provide Q&A and student support within reasonable timelines;
- Meet Morpheo Akademi's quality standards;
- Comply with the Instructor Agreement and revenue-sharing terms;
- Do not engage in plagiarism or copy other instructors.
4. Reporting Violations
- In-Platform "Report" / "Flag" buttons;

- Security or urgent matters: abuse@[DOMAIN];
- Post: [REGISTERED ADDRESS, BURSA, TÜRKİYE].
5. Enforcement Actions
- Written warning;
- Content takedown or restriction;
- Temporary account suspension;
- Permanent account termination without refund;
- Revocation of access to all content, certificates, and records;
- Legal action (see also the Intellectual Property Policy);
- Notification to authorities such as the Turkish Information Technologies Authority (BTK) and the Cybercrime Unit of the Turkish National Police.
6. Right of Appeal
If your account has been suspended or your content has been removed, you may appeal within 14 days of notification by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. Morpheo Akademi will review the appeal and communicate the outcome in writing within a reasonable time.
7. Jurisdiction
For Users not qualifying as consumers under Law No. 6502, any dispute under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Execution Offices of BURSA, TÜRKİYE. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
