Pre-Sale Information Form

This form is provided in accordance with Türkiye's Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. It contains the pre-contractual information that must be communicated to the Buyer prior to the conclusion of a distance sales contract. The Buyer must confirm having read and accepted this form electronically before completing the checkout.

2. Essential Characteristics of the Service

The essential characteristics of the service, including course name, description, total duration, number of lessons, instructor, certificate availability, and access duration, are displayed on the product page and the order summary before completing the purchase.

3. Total Price and Payment

• Prices include all applicable taxes (VAT/GST).
• The order summary shows the total amount, currency, and tax breakdown before payment.
• Payment is processed on [Payment Service Provider]'s secure checkout via credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, wire transfer, and other supported methods.
• An electronic invoice is issued by [Payment Service Provider] and sent to the Buyer's email.

4. Delivery Location and Method

The place of performance is the Buyer's Platform account. Upon successful payment, the purchased content is made available instantly and performed online. No physical delivery takes place.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Important: Pursuant to Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or services performed instantly online. The Buyer acknowledges losing the statutory 14-day withdrawal right once access is granted.

Notwithstanding the above, Morpheo Akademi voluntarily offers a 14-day refund policy aligned with [Payment Service Provider]'s standard terms, subject to the conditions stated there.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints can be addressed to [Payment Service Provider] Buyer Support ([PSP SUPPORT SITE]) and to Morpheo Akademi. Buyers qualifying as consumers under Law No. 6502 may refer disputes to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in accordance with annual monetary thresholds published by the Ministry of Trade.

7. Electronic Confirmation

In order to complete the order, the Buyer must tick the checkbox stating "I have read, understood and accepted the Pre-Sale Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement." A copy of this form is sent to the Buyer's email upon order confirmation.
